So long as justice and accountability for RPF past and current crimes are ignored and delayed, Peace and Stability will remain illusive and impossible in Rwanda=>ASIF]

How to justify and support the easy prosecution of african leaders initiated by the Security Council of the United Nations (UN), while that same Organization is paining to publish its own report on mass massacres in DRC since more than ten (10) years because of the odious blackamail?

GERDDES-AFRICA would like to remind us that some years ago the same blackmail prevented the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) to prosecute the same people for the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, sacrificing its Prosecutor at the time in ICTR.
If Kigali triumph of this blackmail, the United Nations should totally forget about its credibility regarding the protection of Human Rights.

The striking conclusion of a new draft UN report is that violence perpetrated by Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s and Congolese President Laurent Kabila’s forces against Hutus could constitute ‘crimes of genocide.’
Dear Sir/Madame
My name is Ronan Stewart and I am a former student in University college dublin, Ireland
I am writing a review of the fighting in Kigali in 1994, and I would very much like to use your photos of the RPF army on the march and the man whose head was seriously injured to try to illustrate it somewhat better.
I realise this is a somewhat unusual request, and that these issues are complicated and sensitive, but if you are amenable to this, that would be much appreciated, and I will of course acknowledge that they are yours.
you can get back to me at Rozquen@hotmail.com , thanks.
Best Regards,
Ronan Stewart
