ASI recommend the UN to establish a Commission to investigate the recent killings of more than 600 hutu refugees and innocent Congolese people by the FARDC and the Monuc. The commission should meet international standards of independence and transparency and publish its findings publicly.

Children are the most vulnerable individuals in our society; they are also the most precious commodity that the world has and have a right to be protected from all forms of abuse. Many of the Free World countries (US, Canada and the EU) and INTERPOL as an organization is also committed to eradicating the sexual abuse of children and have passed several resolutions making crimes against children one of International policing top priorities.
Thousands of Hutu children have been imprisoned inside Rwanda, tortured, sent to Uganda for forced work and sex abuses, others forced to adoptions in Tutsi families and otherwise denied rights under the Geneva Conventions and related international agreements.
Question : Hutu children are taken away fromtheir villiges and sold to Uganda and other countries. They are thought to kill their parents, brothers and sisters who still are refugees in the Democratic Republic of The Congo. United States, Great Britain are aware of this issue but take no measures to stop, arrest and prosecute RPF and CNDP criminals. The abuse of children has been aknowledged to public by the media such as BBC and RNA. The silence became the best way of supporting RPF wars and crimes, a criminal omission that regret African SurViVors International.
This is one of the most original pictures I have ever seen from a blog believed to be highly well documented. All is about Rwandan Hutu Lost Children, orphans. Many of them became street children before joining different Rwandan freedom fighters groups.
Many of them have no more parents.
They have been abandoned to their own fate. Hutu children have never understood where their dreams come from especially when they experience terrifying nightmares about RPF, CNDP wrongdoers who killed their parents, borthers and sisters, nightmares that stop them being able to sleep, and frighten them when they are awake.
What can You do to help them overcome these nightmares? Since you know much about what is ‘normal’ dreaming for their age and development. These Congolese and Rwandan Hutu children have no idea about Harry Potter’s dreams.
ASI ask for Independent full-scale investigation into all RPF,CNDP, FDLR, FARDC and MONUC documented attacks on civilians particularly on children and women.
Violations of international covenants pertaining to children include:
- The failure to stop mistreatment of children,
- The failure to investigate the abuse of children.
- The failure to prosecute prison personnel allegedly guilty of such abuse.
- The failure to allow parents to visit children.
- The failure to allow children to have legal counsel.
- The failure to provide children with speedy trials.
- The failure to promptly inform children of the crimes against them.
- The failure to allow witnesses to testify in behalf of children.
- The failure to provide children with social programs.
