Collaboration ranged and still range from urging the civilian population to remain calm and accept foreign occupation, organizing trade, production, financial and economic support to joining various branches of the armed forces of Axis powers or special “national” military units fighting under their command.

After the current regime change comes into fact with a new and very democratic society, we hope the US must and will hand over those criminals who collaborated with the KagameTutsi-led government.

Rwigema then plays divisionism in favour of the RPF Tutsi government. He is one of the RPF puppets and collaborator who implimented Kagame’s orders to exterminate that resisting population:
3,500,000 Rwandans got killed since the 1990’s RPF agression from the northwestern region of Rwanda.
