The African Great Lakes region has become an area where the widespread, deliberate extermination of the Hutu is increasingly taking place without taking tough measures to stop the killer. “General” Paul Kagame is still out of discussions in the UN Security Souncil, in Washington, Ottawa, Brussels and London.

Senor leaders and operatives of Kagame proxy armies in Congo fully remain untouchable.
“General” Mutebusi, “General” Nkunda are in their temple in Rwanda. “General” Ntaganda Bosco is protected by the Rwandan puppet in Congo. Because ordinarily congolese and Rwandan people are voiceless, the evil is allowed to work shoulder to shoulder with the Interpol and countries which are supposed to protect by all means Human rights not only here in Europe and North America but also on the soil of the black continent.
The United States should urge the Security Council to hold an emergency on case of Mrs. Ingabire Victoire including the unconditional release of all political prisoners (all of them are prisoners of conscience and NOT TERRORISTS).
It is deplorable and unjustified. It is unfortunate. It is immoral, and a murder to throw into prison Mrs. Ingabire Umuhoza Victoire, a mother of three kids only because she believes in respect of Civil and Human Rights and Liberties as she has spent more than 16 years in The Netherlands – known as a Western country respecting elementary Human Rights. In Rwanda, no political party that is not subservient to the RPF has been accepted to register for August elections. In his monarchy nostalgic mind, Paul Kagame wants to eliminate those who are determined to peacefully challenge him.
It is deplorable. It is unfortunate. It is immoral, and a murder to send into jail Mr Callixte Mbarushimana who has already survived Kagame and RPF fabrications on the genocide. FDLR has been prejudiced enough with the complicity of RPF backers and mining multinationals to justify Kagame’s crusade genocidal wars in the Eastern region of Congo. They rape and kill and tell their victims they are from FDLR! We all know the RPF shameful tactics. An independent inquiry should be settled to find out and bring perpetrators to justice. We heard US secretary of State asking the same for Birma military leadership. We urge the US and British governments for creating special international inquiry seeking accountability of RPF leadership for the mass-rape and crimes against Congolese women. RPF has never left DRC. They use the FARDC umbrella to exterminate the Hutu in that region. Listen to their slogans and you will get to the point. the Eastern of Congo where Kagame’s proxy armies are carrying out ethnically targeted mass killings. We also know the previous attacks were carried out by the RDF and Kagame proxy militias targeting the Hutu and the Nande ethnic group members. The idea behind is to clean up the region and settle there the Tutsi land. All criminals especially big fishes hiding in Rwanda but operating on the Congolese soil should be apprehended and brought to justice.
Paul Kagame whose proxy terrorist murder gangs continue to murder several women and men refusing to tell investigators lies about the real mass-rape perpetrators. The Rwandan Tyrant has always used fake testimonies, rape, torture and retaliatory killings of women and men refusing to cooperate.

We are about “General” Paul Kagame and RPF “civil and military leadership his backers, Laurent Nkunda, Bosco Ntaganda, “General” Kabarebe (the then Chief of Congolese military Staff ! for better coordinating the genocide), Ruberwa, Nyarugabo, Karaha (Karahamuheto), Ngezayo, Kamanzi, Inyumba Aloysia, Ibingira, Kayonga, Nziza, etc are FULLY enjoying impunity and surprisingly some of them are OFTEN invited to visit our countries here in Europe and North America.
They hold a high rank in the RPF military hierarchy and were promoted to “Generals” after mass-rape and mass-slaughters of Hutus in both Congo and Rwanda.
Please spread the word and tell the world what’s going on. Congolese people and the Hutu, majority of Rwandans have the most basic of rights—the right to life—and should not be denied that on the grounds that they happened to be born Hutu they have to be exterminated.
Furthermore the double standards of the “Kagame wars and crimes” is staggering. Should the illiterate “General” Ibingira be given the right to tell the world who gave him order to exterminate Kibeho internal displaced university students and teachers, women and children that hoped they would be protected by UN peacekeepers?
Time and time again we hear tho old adage, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it;” yet we willfully ignore the past each and every day! The very same reasons were used to justify slaver; “they aren’t REALLY people,” or “they are my property and I will with them as I please” were both common rationales for the terrible suffering that peoples in many parts were allowed to endure. The same is now true of the extermination of Hutus.
What should be the lessons for those who are committed to defend freedom and Human Rights? To Give up and listen to the Evil, to the terrorist? The serial killer? The mass-murderer?
Unconditional surrender for Rwandans to Kagame’s crimes: Major obstacle to peace in Rwanda
The world community should think about the future of Rwandans as the moral right for them to defend themselves and fight (jus ad bellum) the criminal Rwandan military Junta. The remaining option of peacefully stopping the ongoing mass violations of human rights in Rwanda and in the Eastern region of Congo.
In conclusion it is simply unbelievable how many people fail to see through the “right to choose” KUVUGISHUKULI and see this issue for what it really is!

Can ICC prevent impunity or will it stay a reactionary court? ICC fails to end impunity in Rwanda. The reason why the current practices suggest ICC will stay the latter, for a good time. For example according to the Rome Statute, the court can only investigate cases recommended by the Security Council, those recommended by member countries and others where the court is interested excluding victims against whom the crimes have been committed. Ordinary people cannot go to the ICC, present their cases and receive justice if they feel their countries did not deliver it.

Do Rwandans have the right to defend themselves against such a criminal regime? The world community should help Rwandans to find an optimized solution.
How can a well-known criminal individual or regime sign an arrest warrant against survivors (possible eye-witnesses in the trial) of his or her crimes? Does the world has an idea about the records (cleansing and bloodsheds) of those murdered by the Junta Regime inside Rwanda before launching the genocidal war in Congo?
ASI Foundation strongly opposes efforts to single out Survivors fighters against the criminal and terrorist regime and jeopardizes Rwandans freedom fighters actions to topple the genocidaire regime.
The World community needs to listen to Rwandans that are crying out for help.
To be back to the daily bread of the hated and hunted Hutus : There is no denying that Kagame is determined to create in Central Africa and in Rwandan in particular an apartheid regime. The world probalby knows those dwellings “Imidugudu”settled for Hutu expropriations by RPF High ranking civil and military leadership: Kiyovu Nyarutarama have been already emptied from Hutu ethnic members without any compensation. in the coutryside, Hutus were chased away for large-scale farms: “amarancha”. Hutus have no longer right to live in towns. Go and check it out. It’s a matter of fact. Does the world community realizes it helps (using the money of their taxpayers) the building up of the Rwandan apartheid under the rule of RPF genocidaires led by “General” Paul Kagame?
