As soon as a person realizes that the President Bill Clinton and the Rwandan dictator General Paul Kagame are behind the Rwandan genocide architecture, he will realize that the international media, the world community and Human rights organizations around the world in particular that he respected have either been lying to him in conspiracy, or they are so incompetent that they don’t know something that millions of other people around the world not only know about, but are chocked to see both Clinton and Kagame becoming best friends because of the Rwandan Genocide.

STRONG BELIEF : There is an infinitesimal possibility that Paul Kagame and his co-conspirator Bill Clinton didn’t have plotted the Rwandan Genocide.
