Les FDLR condamnent sans réserve les propos propagandistes, diffamatoires et mensongers tenus à Kigali le 2 Août 2009 par M. Alan DOSS, Représentant Spécial du Secrétaire Général des Nations Unies en RDC et publiés par le journal du régime de Kigali « The New Times » selon lesquels les FDLR seraient responsables de la violence qui sévit actuellement à l’Est de la RDC et que les responsables des FDLR devraient être traduits en justice.
Les FDLR condamnent une fois de plus la guerre que la tripartite composée des armées du dictateur Kagame, de Kabila et de la MONUC ont imposée aux peuples épris de paix de la Région des Grands Lacs de l’Afrique ainsi que tous les divers crimes graves contre l’humanité dont sont victimes le peuple congolais ainsi que les réfugiés Hutu rwandais se trouvant à l’Est de la RDC. Les FDLR demandent encore une fois que des enquêtes neutres et impartiales soient diligentées pour traduire les responsables de tous ces crimes devant la justice.
Les FDLR rappellent que la crise humanitaire en cours à l’Est de la RDC ainsi que tous les divers crimes qui l’accompagnent sont le résultat direct de cette guerre que des ennemis de la paix et leurs sponsors ont imposée aux peuples rwandais et congolais pour les assujettir et s’emparer des énormes richesses dont regorge la Région des Grands Lacs d’Afrique.
Les FDLR restent convaincues que ces va-t-en-guerre qui occupent actuellement des postes-clés qui les protégent aussi bien dans les gouvernements rwandais et congolais que dans des organismes internationaux devront tôt ou tard répondre de leurs actes devant la justice.
Les FDLR demandent aux peuples de la Région des Grands Lacs d’Afrique, aux médias et à la Communauté Internationale d’être vigilants et de ne pas se laisser manipuler par des propos de M. Alan DOSS dont le soutien aveugle et sans limite au régime criminel et sanguinaire de Kigali n’est plus à démontrer.
Les FDLR restent convaincues que ni la guerre, ni les sanctions injustes et inutiles ne pourront les faire dévier ou reculer de leur noble objectif principal qui est et reste la libération du peuple rwandais.
Les FDLR invitent toutes les femmes et tous les hommes épris de paix d’œuvrer pour la tenue de négociations directes entre les FDLR et le régime criminel de Kigali afin de mettre en place des institutions véritablement républicaines et démocratiques au Rwanda et de mettre fin par des voies pacifiques au régime hégémonique, sanguinaire et dictatorial qui s’y est installé.

The FDLR condemn unreservedly propagandist, defamatory and misleading statements made by Mr Alan DOSS in Kigali on 2 August 2009 against the FDLR.
The FDLR condemn unreservedly propagandist, defamatory and misleading statements made in Kigali on 2 August 2009 by Mr. Alan DOSS, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in the DRC and published by the Kigali regime journal “The New Times” according to which the FDLR would be responsible for the ongoing violence in eastern DRC and that the leaders of the FDLR should be brought to justice.
The FDLR condemn once again the war that the tripartite armies of the dictator Kagame, Kabila and MONUC have imposed on peace-loving peoples of the Great Lakes Region of Africa and condemn all various crimes against humanity committed against the people of Congo and against Rwandan Hutu refugees located in eastern DRC. The FDLR call once again for neutral and impartial investigations to be conducted in order to bring the perpetrators of these heinous crimes to justice.
The FDLR remind the public that the ongoing humanitarian crisis in eastern DRC and all various crimes that accompany it are a direct result of this war that enemies of peace and their sponsors have imposed on the peoples of Rwanda and Congo in order to enslave them and plunder the enormous wealth of the Great Lakes Region of Africa.
The FDLR remain convinced that the warmongers that occupy key positions which protect them both in the Rwandan and Congolese governments as well as in international institutions, will sooner or later answer for their acts before justice.
The FDLR urge the peoples of the Great Lakes Region of Africa, the media and the International Community to be vigilant and not allow themselves be manipulated by statements of Mr Alan DOSS whose blind and boundless support to the criminal and bloody Kigali regime is evident.
The FDLR remain convinced that neither war nor unjust and useless sanctions can deflect them or back them away from their noble and main objective which is and remains the liberation of the people of Rwanda .
The FDLR urge all peace-loving women and men to work for direct negotiations between the FDLR and the criminal regime of Kigali in order to develop truly republican and democratic institutions in Rwanda and to put an end by peaceful means to the hegemonic, bloody and dictatorial regime installed there.
