But it was too late! Washington was not interested in democracy in Africa,

So what about Kagame? Is an innocent man? Many lawyers believe that Kagame in
Spain is an innocent man. It is shown that Bill Clinton ordered to kill

understood the danger and it is likely that he is ready to tell the truth to save
his life. And former U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda Robert Flaten confirmed that
U.S. Rangers were stationed on Bujumbura airport on 6 April 1994, which was
sent there, what were they doing in a francophone country, and why day?
