Another War You don’t See

Another war we don’t see in the Rwanda and Congolese genocides.

The Rwandan genocide was and still remains the very easy tragic event to manipulate.

Since October 1990, The assassinations, rapes disappearances,  mass murder are covered up by the journalists taking part in the RPF and Kagame’s propaganda. A new war different from the war we ordinary people know. On daily basis, kids are beheaded together with their mums only because they happen to be Hutus. On your screen, you happened to see the corrupt regime of president Habyarimana. The worse dictator the world is angry with. However, most of you don’t see another war, the worse one carried out by journalists, politics. There is no big difference between Governmental and Non Governmental Organizations regarding the role they are playing in the Rwandan and Congolese tragic events. It’s all about interests of their governments, of those on power in From Washington to London, Paris to Brussels and Amsterdam.

ASI : We need more US and UK Investigative Journalists to look into Kagame’s despicable crimes and sick plans, another way way to stop the ongoing tragedy. We need The Truth to keep the Rwandan society from falling into total chaos. We need more and more honest reporters and the strengthening of Law on Media. We insist Kagame and RPF criminals should be behind bars instead of protecting them from prosecution and indictment.  All the widows and all the orphans, Tutsis and Hutus, need consolation and NOT KAGAME AND HIS TYRANNICAL REGIME.

Another war You don’t see: The situation is both appalling and unsustainable

The Rwandan war starts in October 1st,1990. dozens of Rwandans, hundreds of Rwandans, thousands of Rwandans, dozens of thousands of Rwandans and finally million Rwandans are getting mass-murdered very far away from your screens, from your newspapers.

Who are those Rwandans? Di di you have idea about them? Yes, indeed. The assassinated, the disappeared, the massacred since 1990 are those Hutus you happened to know as genocidaires even before 1994. The other war, worse than that you seen on your screen, was happening, underway very far from your thoughts. Did the journalists realize the crimes they were committing? Did they realize that Hutu mums Human beings, Rwandan citizens and they deserve protection?

Where is the Rwandan Government? Rwanda knows no Rule of law. Paul Kagame is the law-maker and the decision-maker. Rule of law (or rule by legis, the Latin term for law) means that government must be bound by fixed and predictable rules and all people are governed by the same laws.  Such a system doesn’t exist in Rwanda.

What You See is What you Get, right? An other excuse may be…I saw awful assassinations and mass-murders in Ruhengeri and Byumba in 1993. I saw awful assassinations and mass-murders in Butaro , Kinigi, and Mukngo, Kinihira, Mulindi, Cyungo, Mutura in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998….No mention on your screens. Nothing!

The murder of the Roman Catholic church  Clergy. No word from the Pope towards the survivors Religious.Assassinations of them happened inside Rwanda and in the Dem. Rep. of the Congo as well.

Because of lack of  financial means, we are anable to produce our own work on the tragedy daily faced by Rwandans and Congolese people.

We don’t know if you reader, is very touched by what is happening on the African soil and precisely on the soil of Rwanda since October 1st, 1990 up to now and in the Eastern of of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

People are dying like animals, getting killed at the daily basis. We need your help to resolve this for the world, the humankind big issue.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me again, shame on me… Pilger is voice for the voiceless. Just like Wikileaks and Julian Paul Assange, Pilger is a champion of those for whom he fights and the scourge of politicians. Other films by John Pilger include “War On Democracy”

The War you don’t see. The role of the media in the modern war has been used and still is used in Rwanda. Corrupt media and organizations spread up Kagame’s lies around the world. Investigations are for them a difficult or unwanted job.

Another war you don’t see.
Many of the refugees are unable to return for understandable reasons. The media circus explains together with Kagame that those refugees are believed to be Fugitives! At the same time, the Real FDLR leadership are living in Rwanda: Generals Rwarakabije and Ngendahimana Jerome! A joke? Pure conspiracy when accusing Murwanashyaka Ignace, Musoni, and Mbarushimana Callixte for crimes in Congo.
ASI believes the German judicial system will provide them a fair and swift justice.

 Impartiality, Consistency, Standing, and Trust

To the German authorities: With all due respect and urgency, African SurViVors call on Ms Angela Merkel , the German Councilor to use her influence to provide Murwanashyaka Ignace and Musoni with a fair trial so this nightmare for their families can come to a satisfying end.

Raped Hutu woman

The right to a fair trial is explicitly proclaimed in Article Ten of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the German Constitution as well as in numerous other constitutions and declarations throughout the world. Two years in prison without trial in a  civilized world is undoubtedly unacceptable. What should be the outcome of the trial once we already have facts and witnesses that the accusations against the FDLR are baseless and those crimes are committed by RDF and Kagame’s proxy armies (are spectacular facts) in the Congo?

“equals should be treated equally and unequals unequally.”

meaning “Individuals should be treated the same, unless they differ in ways that are relevant to the situation in which they are involved.”
ASI believes it is time to change the world broken judicial system.  An independent trial should be supported and in case the perpetrators are from the RDF and CNDP, FDLR or and RCD, Maï Maï and Apareco militias, their leaders should be brought to Justice. We can’t conclude that what is going on in Germany and in France is different from what the bloody Rwandan dictator tells the world He himself or through media that “All Hutus look like, they are genocidaires”. Freedom should be seen as the ultimate expression of human dignity and equality for and among all Rwandans, Hutus, Tutsis and Twas and all of those living in Rwanda. Does the World understand that Rwanda should  adhere to all efforts to eradicate impunity even if perpetrators are Tutsis? The video here below might help Rwandans, the government to respect each other, their equal opportunities and most importantly the sustained meritocracy in the Rwandan society. From that, all Rwandans and their leadership will see that fair justice and the reconciliation will come by themselves.

Justice means giving each person what he or she deserves or, in more traditional terms, giving each person his or her due. Paul Kagame himself, RPF, RDF, CNDP and RCD military leadership should be denied sanctuary.

Only because they refused to surrender to Paul Kagame? Go beyond RPF and Kagame scenarios and lies and lean more about their cruelties.

Génocide rwandais : renversement de perspective

The UNHCR took and still takes part into the RPF and Kagame’s propaganda. How much was adestructive the role of the Western media in the Rwandan genocide? The role of the UNHCR inside Rwanda, outside of IT in the Dem. Rep. of The Congo, in Tanzania, in Burundi and recently in Uganda?  Massacres of the eyewitnesses is organized together with the UNHCR, media and  Kagame and his RPF. Not True? Very , Very True, indeed. UNHCR apologized to Uganda over comments on Rwandan refugees. But what is amazing is that the western news agencies never publish the corruption on UNHCR conspiracy with the Ugandan authorities.

What was the REAL role of the Non government organizations in place in Rwanda or in RPF zone?

Another war You don’t see: Have a look at what is happening in Congo with mass-rapes. The RPF colonel Mugabo is organizing those rapes on the soil of the Congo. He’s not intimidated and Media continue to accuse the innocent Hutu. The raped is a Congolese Hutu woman, the raped is a refugee Hutu woman, the assassinated in Kiwanja is the weak Hutu. Media, MONUC  and NGOs do nothing but accusing the FDLR. CNDP is already forgotten, Ntaganda, Nkunda and Mutebusi are highly protected by Kagame and his main puppet in Congo. RDF headed by Col. Mugabo still in the Eastern region of Congo is not intimidated. the accused is once again the weak, the created enemy: FDLR. That is what we have: Another War you don’t see.
The Rwandan Auschwitz  : Kibeho. We saw the Rwandan leaders telling the world that 330 bodies were found while 21,000 refugees were in that dath camp. To speed up their extermination, they were Interahamwe or among them, there were Interahamwe. Those from last week were invited by their counterpart the still-president of Rwanda “General” (From Major to the General rank: to have mass-slaughtered his fellow citizens and masterminded the Rwandan and Congolese genocides) Paul Kagame.

Struggle to freedom against War on Democracy. Same way in Rwanda. No doubt !

The entire manipulation of the events  in 1990, when we saw the West supporting RPF and the bloody murderer Paul Kagame. We say A Habyarimana transformed into dictator, into the genocidaire, into the Pol Pot refusing to democratize the country.
However, we had another situation, another media, The media circus that was carrying out another war you don’t see. Have you ever thought Habyarimana has made such a speech? the two remaining speeches are on Youtube.

Discours de Habyarimana partie1

Another war you don’t see was going on and the worse of that, our kids, sisters, daughters, mums and fathers were slaughtered at the daily basis. Every Hutu assassinated was presented as a Tutsi. A living Hutu was presented as Interahamwe. To sum up, another war you don’t see was carried out by those we call journalists, the copy/paste journalists. The same information was circulating on all western screens and was taken for REAL. That was exactly Another war You don’t see on your screens and you don’t read in your newspapers ! !

Rwandan opposition leader denies terrorism charges
Another war You don’t see: Truth and lies in the war on terror. In the absence of rule of law, the opposition leaders are accused of terrorism against the RPF military  Junta. Ms Ingabire Umuhoza,  opposition leader  has been arrested and thrown into prison by  Kagame police .is accused of working and financing a “terror group”, the FDLR, trying to overthrow the regime.
RPF accusers are trained in Rwanda before getting sent to the ICTR in Arusha.

Crimes committed by RPF in conspiracy with the UNHCR are nowhere published in the main stream media (Congolese soldiers mass-rape in Congo (1994-1997, 1998, up to now. Mass-murder of Returnees with the help of UNHCR. Deportation of Eye-witnesses back to Rwanda from Congo, Uganda, Burundi, etc. Total conspiracy. The UNHCR should be held accountable for all consequences of such brutality, assassinations and unforced disappearances among the forcible returnees.

=>Another war You don’t see.

Mbandaka slaughter

RPF intelligence pays more than
20 millions dollars per year to corrupt
media, individuals and organizations
around the world.

Not ¨published in the main stream media. They were about reporting about lies. destroying infrastructure , deportation, misinformation and disinformation. Resistance of Rwandan people is not news.  FDLR or Hutu resistance is not news. News is about FDLR terrorism. Why the intelligence community does nothing to help the weak and not to work for criminals, Kagame and the likes. Advertising propaganda and idea of democratic illusion., manipulating the news. We do remember when RPF was destroying water supply, bombing taxis on roads to Kigali and From Kigali to isolate it. Ntaruka water supply and infrastructure were destroyed,, Nyabugogo poisoned water, etc.
The punishment of the entire nation. Does this happened in Rwanda? Yes, no doubt! In order to speed up the extermination of the hated Hutu majority! Have a look and make a kinda comparison.

Exaggeration in the War on Terror : Does the FDLR represent  a terrorist organization? Did the world ask Rwandans what they think about it? No. Rwandans are tohse believed to be RPF followers,  others (the Hutu majority) are to be exterminated or sent to prisons. ARE Murwanashyaka and Musoni and Mbarushimana Callixte the Terrorist leaders, those innocent Rwandans held in France and German prisons? Who is responsible for all crimes committed in Congo? Truth and Justice in Rwanda and DRC still on hold. We ask the UN institutions to give them a chance of exercising their fundamental rights…  Rwandans refuse cowardly surrender in the face of dangerous hell-bent Rwandan devil. What should be the alternative for Rwandans?

  • Where is General Kagame, General Nkunda, General Mutebusi, General Ntaganda, Ruberwa, Bizima Karaha, GeneralKabarebe, General Ibingira?
A Hutu woman fleeing CNDP militia’s
  1. Where is the international Law?
  2. Where is the International Humanitarian Law?

99.99% of broadcasters cannot match Pilger’s performance and backbone. Adam Curtis of the BBC TV made “The Power of Nightmares: The Politics of Fear”. That is exctly the current dirty game Paul kagame is playing or was playing during the last elections period. He said: “You won’t vote for me, search for hiding place in another country.”

War carried out by all other means. Have a look !

African SurViVors International hope and believe this fresh consideration of the freedom of the press to report what is actually happening rather than what they have been told to say extends to the coverage of other topics – most notably the Mastermind of the Rwandan genocide. By the way, most of them still remain at Large.

Museum Reacts to New UN Report on Congo

The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum today reacted to the new United Nations report on human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Published by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the report outlines the most serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in the DRC between 1993 and 2003 and offers a range of transitional justice options to deal with the legacy of the crimes.

“The scale, scope and detail of the crimes are too serious to be ignored,” said Michael Abramowitz, Director of the Committee on Conscience, the Museum’s genocide prevention program. “This report offers a shocking picture of violence directed against civilians in the Congo by multiple perpetrators over more than a decade. The allegations of serious violations of international humanitarian law should be treated with utmost gravity in the interests of truth-telling, combating impunity, and achieving justice for victims.”

The report published today analyses four major periods of violence in the DRC: the waning years of the Mobutu Sese Seko regime (1993 – 1996), the war to overthrow Mobutu (1996-1998), the second war (1998 – 2001), and the period of transition (2001 – 2003). It also documents violence against women and children and the impact of resource exploitation on the conflict.

The report charges that attacks carried out in 1996 and 1997 by the Rwandan army and their rebel allies against Hutu civilians in the DRC may constitute genocide, ultimately deferring judgment on this question to a competent legal tribunal. It also documents crimes allegedly committed by the later-deposed Zairean government of Mobutu Sese Seko, other national militaries and militias, including Ugandan, Burundian, and Congolese rebels. The report provides guidance for the Congolese and international authorities on how to prosecute perpetrators and address victims’ rights.

“Nothing in this report or these charges diminishes the facts of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, where at least 500,000 Rwandan Tutsi were murdered by a Hutu-extremist government in only three months,” said Abramowitz. “If anything, the report underscores the long-lasting, regional consequences of genocide and the importance of prevention efforts.”

Read the full press release, learn more about the report, and listen to UN expert Jason Stearns discuss a draft of the report, which was leaked in September.
