Alleged killer of three Spaniards flees to South Africa

[Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. A Rwandan general, wanted for war crimes as well as the murder of three Spaniards, has spent two weeks living in South Africa despite the existence of international warrants for his arrest. Kayumba Nyamwasa is accused by the Spanish High Court of killing the Catalan missionary Joaquim Vallmajó in 1994, as well as Manuel Madrazo and Luis Valtueña, members of the NGO Médecins du Monde, in 1997.
The general was working as ambassador in India, until returning to Kigali to take part in a diplomatic meeting. At the end of February, he was interviewed by the police in relation to a separate attack that took place on February 19. It was then that he fled to Uganda, and then to South Africa.

International warrant
 
The international warrants for Nyamwasa’s arrest relate to his participation in the genocide against Hutu refugees after a Tutsi government took power in Rwanda in the early 1990s.
