The RPF drums of war are growing in strength.
Netherlands.- The rest of the world is being informed on how Rwandans are transformed by the tools of the RPF propaganda machine into a nation of xenophobic bigots, slowly being bred to hate the scapegoats and concocted enemies Mrs. Ingabire Umuhoza Victoire, the FDU presidential candidate and Mr. Frank Habineza, the Rwandan Greens leader.Today it is widely known the lies told repeatedly to the world community are aimed to speed up assassination of the guilty Hutu and speed up the extermination of those declared Interahamwe.
Knowing the final outcome, and triumph of the heavyweight criminal and tyrant of Rwanda, all machinations needed to steal the 2010 election are believed to be implemented in these coming days, showcasing a disregard for the will of the Rwandan people and democracy in pursuit of Kagame’s absolute power.
As expected, and predicted, the tyrant and heavyweight criminal general Paul Kagame we all know as the mastermind of the Rwandan genocide has recently told BBC World Kinyarwanda how he will impliment his heinous and egregious crimes against Mrs. Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza, profiteering constitutional blocks and barriers He Himself has created as he yearly reforms the Rwandan constitution in his favour. These days, he has increased his level of vitriol against the Rwandan opposition leaders, in conjunction both with the coordinated propaganda campaign begun by TNT, IBUKA, the puppet political parties inside the RPF forum, the LDF on one hand, and the Rwandan police agents DMI and CID agents on the other hand.
General Paul Kagame has already defining the FDU leader and presidential candidate as a leader of the terrorist organization we must fear most, and fight against, declaring himself and RPF war on terror, RPF and general Kagame’s own fight against extremism and criminality.
Rwandan citizens have been hijacked by RPF and the Tutsi-led government, dispossessed of their reputation of loving their neighbors, dispossessed of their treasure, their sons and daughters dying in the interests of RPF criminals and Kagame’s Akazu.
The ongoing hatred campaign is made as well as through the perpetual dissemination of such manipulations of the Rwandan genocide, the genocide ideology and RPF created Gacaca courts.

Therefore, RPF and Kagame cannot shy away from hard decisions including assaults, verbal and physical aggression, lynchings by LDF, RPF police, CID and DMI agents, IBUKA and AVEGA RPF members, imprisonment, charging the political opponent with genocide ideology, linking to FDLR, etc. Anyway, it is up to Rwandans, in valid resistance to the Kagame authoritarian regime to stop Kagame’s crazies from unleashing hell on Rwandans and people of neighboring countries.
The best paid job ever made with the UN has led to the conclusion that the investigation is a fake expertise. A document that has been put into hands of RPF criminals to protect themselves and allow them to take hard decisions including killings, muzzling the political opponents, etc. The UN inquiry results was known before the start. That’s what Paul Kagame meant by constitutional blocks and barriers that will protect him.
In those years of 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, RPF has used RPF highly effective psychological warfare, using their control of the print, radio and television media, to condition Rwandans and outsiders into accepting their version of reality… and as fear is intensified, so did and still does the persecution of the enemy within, in no time at all social exclusion and bigotry transformed into lynchings and then into political assassinations and finally into mass murder.
RPF and Kagame are once more highjacking Rwandans like vultures, flying high above the dying carcass of Rwandan nation once Hutu and Tutsi are the RPF created enemies, so will die freedom and democracy. RPF is now ready to plunge again Rwanda into bloodsheds. Kagame, his RPF and supporters are once more contorting truth and creating another reality, once more they are beating the drums of war in continuation of their war song shifting the blame onto their enemy: Opposition parties leaders: Mr. Frank Habineza and Mrs. Ingabire Victoire.
We are here to prevent the premature of Rwandans death obviously planed by the mastermind of the Rwandan genocide General Paul Kagame assisted by the influential people with powerful unseen hands. Kagame is now creating such a situation where RPF propaganda needs to be delivered, when fear among Rwandans needs to grow and when – as I said here above- hatred needs to find new hosts from both main ethnic groups: Tutsi and Hutu.
Rwandans and the world community should be careful looking into these RPF tactics. Mrs. Ingabire Victoire will be sent to prison as the increase of RPF propaganda reaches its summit. You can see this and understand why the RPF army of manipulators are preparing Rwandans’ minds over and over again attacking the Hutu, and thus Rwandans and outsiders’ brains, in a constant stream of appearances, offering a multitude of faces, and voice tones, regurgitating the message on genocide ideology, Ingabire’s linking to the FDLR, Kagame wants to be disseminated before taking hard decisions namely sending to jail Mrs. Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza, the FDU leader and presidential candidate for 2010 elections.
