Indict Rwanda´s Tyrant Kagame and the Tutsi-dominated RPF Criminal Organization!

Hundreds of thousands of Rwandans are imprisoned, thousands of Rwandans are murdered and the Hutu majority live in fear for the CRIME of demanding democratic rights in Rwanda.

Democratic governments, international organizations, and nongovernmental organizations  poorly respond to the build-up of the bloody dictatorship in Rwanda.

Foreign threat :Machiavelli in action.

  1. Great Britain – Stay away from Rwandans, GB backs the crual dictator in Rwanda because Kagame will help British interests in the short term
  2. The biased British media’s reporting on Rwanda
  3. Bill Clinton/Tony Blair’s continually interfering in the Rwandan political process, this inevitably will end in trouble
  4.  Stop selling arms to Kagame and to RPF government, doing so you’re creating the very conditions of consumming Kagame’s unfinished Rwandan genocide.
  5. I am in Captivity due to Kagame’s protection by US and UK

General Kagame still plays an important political and military role to the detriment of the Civil and Human Rights of millions of oppressed Rwandans.

[Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination with an iron hand, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus), mass-arrests and mass-murder by the RPF criminal organization.
So long as justice and accountability for RPF past and current crimes are ignored and delayed, Peace and Stability will remain illusive and impossible in Rwanda=>ASIF]

be generous and compassionate”.

“To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society’s ills on the West,” Obama had said, on Inauguration Day, “know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy.

To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history.”
2010 elections: Repeat of Rwanda tragedy. The August 9,2010 elections needlessly repeats 2003 elections maskerade.

Africans all over the world claimed the remark was directly squarely at their own specific dictator; but really, it was meant to any usurper and unaccountable ruler on the continent.

Did this message send a cold chill in the spines of the African Hitler: General Paul Kagame?

US says Rwanda restricting freedoms ahead of poll

“We have urged the Government of Rwanda and all regional and international partners to work together to achieve free, fair, and peaceful elections that the people of Rwanda deserve,” Carson went on.
“We appreciate, in the context of the most tragic event in recent history -the genocide – the need for security, stability, and reconciliation is critical. But long-term stability is best promoted by democratic governance and respect for human rights,” Carson said.
The Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) is deeply concerned at the continued restrictions and threats to opposition parties in the run up to Rwanda ’s Presidential elections on 9 August 2010 and urges the Rwandan Government to take immediate steps to ensure respect for the basic, universal rights to freedom of expression, freedom of association and peaceful assembly of opposition parties.

It expressed fears that the absence of these rights is tantamount to breaches of the Commonwealth’s fundamental political principles that insist on free and fair elections (Harare Declaration 1991).
Demonstrate that you Really Do Care About Rwandans ! Support them .
2003 electionsRwandan crisis deepens as Kagame begins seven-year term (2003).

So why Rwandans may repeat the same tragedy?

General Paul Kagame is indicted by Spanish and French Justice for Genocide, Crimes against humanity, war crimes and terrorism causing the death of more than 4 millions men, women and children.

Observers indicated that the outcome of the elections was never in doubt, as Kagame accused his opponents of stoking ethnic “divisionism.
Kagame arrested Twagiramungu supporters, denied them the right to hold meetings and confiscated their campaign leaflets. The Rwandan government reportedly confiscated so much of Twagiramungu’s campaign materiel that he was reduced to a couple of cars. On election night Twagiramungu announced that his campaign was “ready for prison.”

Human Rights Watch issued the following news release:

The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda’s (ICTR) prosecutor’s failure to date to bring cases against Rwandan Patriotic Front officers responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the 1994 genocide risks undermining the court’s legacy, Human Rights Watch said today. On December 12, 2008, ICTR Prosecutor Hassan Jallow will brief the Security Council, which is finalizing plans to close the court.

The ICTR is mandated to prosecute persons responsible for genocide and other serious violations of RPF Crimes

  1. The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda should urgently indict senior officers of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) who are alleged to have committed war crimes in Rwanda in 1994, Human Rights Watch said in a letter to the ICTR’s chief prosecutor released today. To date, the tribunal has tried only leading figures responsible for Rwanda’s 1994 genocide and has failed to bring cases against RPF officers despite having jurisdiction to pursue these crimes.
  2. The tribunal has not prosecuted even one of the serious Rwandan Patriotic Front crimes from 1994. This glaring omission means delivering one-sided justice and risks tarnishing the important work that the court has done to date.

  • The RPF separated men from women and put them in separate houses before burning them all down using grenades and high artillery. Thousands fled to Nyacyonga Camp. Shortly after the displaced Rwandans gathered there, Paul Kagame himself arrived at the camp and took a machine gun and shot the kids and women in the neighboring market.

  • Indict Rwanda´s Tyrant Kagame! The mastermind of the Rwanda genocide. The african Leader! The Man of Peace !

The west has democracy because it has institutions that hold people accountable. What has killed Rwanda and Africa is that people are not held accountable : Paul Kagame.

One of the most vital issues for the majority of Rwandans remains the impunity of General Paul Kagame and the RPF civil and military lidership including their subordinates at levels of the current organized society.
African SurViVors International deploys its effort to erase impunity from the African Great Lakes Region  and to underscore the great impotance of bringing to justice those REALLY responsible for the worst violations of international criminal law.

  • Kibeho massacres

Witness to Genocide — A Personal Account of the 1995 Kibeho MassacreHow was it possible that two thousand persons, mostly women and children, could be massacred while living in an internationally designated camp for displaced persons in a small country with an overwhelming presence of international agencies? This happened in post-genocide Rwanda during the army’s operation to close Kibeho camp, despite a presence that included more than a dozen UN agencies, 120 non-governmental organizations and 5,500 UN peacekeepers.
In her monograph, “The Protection Gap in the International Protection of Internally Displaced Persons: The Case of Rwanda,” Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt analyzes how the framework of cooperation between the international agencies and the Rwandan government failed. In so doing, she exposes broader challenges and flaws in international responses to complex emergencies, including lack of awareness of legal norms and weak UN inter-agency coordination.
Her monograph builds upon the first edition by assessing the UN Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement as a tool for advocacy for the rights of the displaced through a case study of the 1997-1999 displacement crisis in Northwest Rwanda. She proposes measures for the improvement of the international system of protection of internally displaced persons. The book is available from the United Nations Bookstore in New York or from the Graduate Institute of International Studies of the University of Geneva (using the order form included on the last page of this album).
The photos in this album were taken in April and May 2005 by Mark Cuthbert-Brown, Provost Marshal of the UN Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR), with the assistance of John Cleland from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

  • General Paul Kagame and at least 40 RPF/RPA/RDF high ranking military officers.

On February 8, 1993 exactly 11 days after the first mention of that word, the extremist Tutsi forces in the RPF butchered 40,000 unarmed Hutu civilians in one day in the regions of Ruhengeri and Byumba in Rwanda. Since then, the extremist Tutsis in the RPF escalated their killings of the Hutu civilian population over the following 15 months.
The mainstream media narrative regarding the tragic events that took place in Rwanda in 1994 seek to portray an image of evil Hutus suddenly killing their own evil leader and then proceeding by butchering their angel Tutsi neighbors for no reason whatsoever. This narrative claims that all Tutsis are good people while all Hutus are bad people. Nothing could be further from the truth.

“Human Rights Watch (HRW) has just published a lengthy and comprehensive Report, involving in-depth analysis and extensive recommendations. This Report can also be a tool in the hands of leaders of oppressed nations, fighters of liberation fronts, Human Rights activists and every member of a tyrannized and terrorized nation or ethno-religious group, because it clarifies every point for which a tyrannical administration, like the the Tutsi racist Kagame, the racist Amhara – Tigray Ethiopianists, can be held responsible, accountable and impeachable”. Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis
  Rwanda: RPF CRIMES

RPF War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity, and Crimes of Genocide

…The Ruhengeri city attack of January 23, 1991: The RPF staged a night attack on the city of Ruhengeri, resulting in heavy civilian casualties and heavy property damage. The RPF opened the gates of Ruhengeri prison, freeing many prisoners and enrolling them as fighters. The RPF also engaged in heavy looting activity in the city, and a reported 400 people were forced out of their homes to help carry the loot. These 400 civilians were all killed afterwards, along with another 100 civilians around the city as the RPF retreated back into the volcano forest. (Abdul J. Ruzibiza, Rwanda, L’Histoire Secrete, 2005, p. 132)…

Final Observations:

When this RPF crime compendium is released, I expect the RPF government to hit back with blanket accusations, without any proof, that I am a “revisionist and a negationist of the Rwandan genocide”, and that “I harbor an ideology of genocide and divisionism”. The international community must take a very close and careful look at such character assassination, and in many cases outright persecution, of all real and perceived contrary opinion holders and political opponents, social justice advocates and human rights critics in Rwanda by the RPF government, and find a proper way to address it. Christopher Black: The Truth About Rwanda.

Rwanda descended into chaos in 1990 when the self-described Rwanda Patriotic Front, or RPF, forces launched a surprise attack on October 1, 1990, from Uganda. In fact, every one of the officers and men of that invasion force were members of the Ugandan Army. Millions of Mothers, Daughters, Wives, Husbands, Brothers, Sons and Fathers were massacred. No warning, no accountability! RFF had and still has Gree card to murder and rape! The world community keeps silence and help Kagame to build up and pave the road to the hell
