I am not surprised that Ruzibiza is dead!! Ruzibiza himself must have been prepared. Kagame and his criminal network cheated him. They need him for only two word ” I lied”. Whatever Ruzibiza would say after that, Rwanda had achieved it all. I warned Ruzibiza against this. His answer was simple: “in anycase, the guys have a very strong case against Kagame“.

They(Kagame) rendered Ruzibiza an unrelaible witness. Poor man did not know the law. In anycase, Ruzibiza would be “a useless witness” in any court of law. That is the cost of Kagame’s dollars.

But do not go by Kagame’s propaganda that the French case is “an empty file”!!! No, no.
The Judge did not rely on one witness as Rwanda is fond of saying.

There are three categories of evidence in the file:
Unfortunately, when Kagame bribed Ruzibiza, Ruzibiza became the most unreliable witness in the case. In fact, according to the recent review of the file, the court was considering not calling Ruzibiza as a witness in any trial that might come up in the future.

a) Real evidence: the shell and the blackbox,
b) Ducumentary evidence: the shippment documents by which the missile was transported from Iran via France and then to Mombasa. The missiles were two. One was used by M7 and another one used by Kagame. The late Ikondere is the person that signed for the consignment at Mombasa. The serial number on the shell and on the shipping documents correspond.
c) Witnesses: in this category there are very many witnesses. Ruzibiza was one of them.

Now that Ruzibiza is dead, is the testimony he left on court’s record irrelevant? Certainly, it is to Prosecution’s advantage now. It is not in Kagame’s advantage. The last testimony Ruzibiza made under oath remains outstanding. All the evidence that Ruzibiza changed his mind is now hearsay. So who has lost? Certainly it is Kagame!!!! Ruzibiza has left a stronger case for the Prosecution than he has left for Kagame side!!!!!
Well, another victim of circumstances. For how long will Kagame continue killing people like this?
Uncle Kagame, nothing much will save you. Your tricks are now open secret for many policy makers and the world in general.
