Concerns :
– Joseph Kabila’s responsibility in the Hema-Lendu conflict in Ituri
– Paul Kagame’s responsibility in the sterilisation of 700.000 Men in Rwanda
Prosecutor Ocampo,
The European Action Group would like to :
1) communicate you the two following articles,
2) ask you to confirm us if the ICC has started any serious investigation concerning the sterilization of 700.000 Men in Rwanda by Kagame’s regime.
1) ITURI – The 1st article describes in detail Joseph Kabila’s major responsibility in the Hema-Lendu conflict in Ituri :
« … Au même moment que Kabila armait les Lendu via APC contre les Hema, il enverra une grosse somme d’argent au Chef Kawa des Hema pour créer une nouvelle milice PUSIC. L’objectif de cette manœuvre était d’armer les deux ethnies au même moment afin de créer une tragédie en Ituri qui devrait obliger la communauté internationale à intervenir pour prendre la gestion du district et ainsi obliger les occupants ougandais à rentrer chez eux … »

2) RWANDA – The Chief of the Victims Participation and Reparations Section (ICC) has forwarded you the 1st March 2011 17.00 our open letter to French Ambassador Contini (Kigali) warning that Gen. Paul Kagame has started the sterilization of 700.000 Men in Rwanda (see below).
The recent internal and external evolutions force us to believe that a simple statement by a Rwandese Official denying our allegations concerning the sterilization of 700.000 Men is nor sufficient nor acceptable and a serious ICC investigation must take place :
