Kagame is a dictator. General Kagame is a criminal, a bloody criminal,

Most of war crimes
were committed and getting committed under the Kagame’s orders as the
high commander and president. I am not awaiting for apologies from those
westerners supporting him (criminal advises and ammunition)in those
assassinations, arbitrary arrests, forced disappearances and
mass-slaughters.

You will not tell me or tell Rwandans with apologies
that you didn’t know those forced disappearances, mass-slaughters, arbitrary arrests, RPF executions and assassinations, imprisonments, RPF slaughter methods, etc. You only do not want to open the door and let us speak out. You remain
inside a closed door and millions of Rwandans are crying outside. You
hear their knock, you hear their call, you won’t go and won’t to listen.
Their knock is daily repeated. United States, Canada, Belgium,
Netherlands, Germany, etc. Please turn the key, withdraw the bolt and
turn the knob. You open the door and let us enter.
Those millions of
victims – Rwandans, Congolese and many others are crying out outside
your closed doors. Anybody of you understand what that means???? If you
hear of me, open the door and respond with the will. Are you ready to
control Kagame’s crimes and listen to his victims and survivors?
