The diabolical policy relating to the deliberate spread of HIV/Aids among Hutu civilians

Reflection and Reaction
Why RPF leadership is qualified Neo-Nazi criminals?

Rape has been used as weapon by General Paul Kagame Soldiers. Did you know that? Kagame should be brought to justice for using soldiers known to be HIV-positive to spread the disease among Hutu civilians.

Most of our lovely readers will probably react to this: “I don’t believe you.” However: Double Check It Out. Ask witnesses.
  1. General Kagame is accused of using RPF/A/RDF soldiers known to be HIV-positive to spread the disease among Hutu civilians. CNN producers have been called on to drop the RPF propaganda, saying that Aids come from Hutus who were living in Congo refugee camps.
  2. Kagame Kagame has assassinated Rwandan political leaders (Gatabazi, Bucyana, Gapyisi, Rwambuka, Katumba, etc to test the Rwanda genocide.
  3. Rwanda is forcibly sterilise – officiallypeople who are mentally disabled. In reality,
Eugenic sterilization is another indispensable measure that RPF programs use
to numerously REDUCE the number of the hated Hutu Rwandans.

The release of the 20th Activity Report of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights on July 11, 2006, provided further assertions of HIV infection as a weapon of war.

In a communication submitted to the Commission in 1999, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo) transitional government alleged grave and massive violations of human rights committed by the armed forces of Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda. Among the allegations were mass murder, forced displacement Hutu ethnic members inside Rwanda, mass detention in Rwanda, mass detention and rape of Rwandan refugees and DR Congo nationals.

The Commission permitted the communication and after consideration of admissibility and evidence, requested the stated countries to submit responses to the allegations. The Commission found the conduct of the respondent states to be in violation of international law including the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights, among others.

The respondent states did not refute the allegations and were thus found to admit the allegations and recommended to provide reparations. The Commission found the countries in violation of the first Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 1949, which proclaims “women shall be the object of special respect and shall be protected in particular against rape, forced prostitution, and any form of indecent assault”.

The actions further violated the African Charter and the Protocol on the Rights of Women in Africa. The Commission did not, however, provide evidence beyond the DR Congo allegations.
The African Commission’s findings present a landmark decision on the use of infectious diseases as weapons of war, yet show the challenges of documenting the links between conflicts and infectious diseases. The foreign ministries of Uganda and Rwanda have flatly denied the allegations through media sources, but have not addressed the Commission’s findings directly.

The African Commission’s recommendations are not legally binding on African Union countries, despite ratification of the African Charter for the Commission.

We hope that the development of the new African Court on Human and People’s Rights, a legally binding body, will have greater abilities to conduct research and provide conclusive evidence.

Most of Rwandan Hutus affected by RPF violence are made vulnerable not only by immediate violent trauma, but also the long-term effects of violence on their physical and mental health.

NB: Our Association is very concerned about this for Rwandan survivors big issue. THE WITNESS As a witness to these crimes is asked to help. Your cooperation is essential to make the International criminal justice system work… If you tell the truth and tell it accuratelyto our organization, nobody can cross you up….. If you do not understand a question, ask that it be explained. Justice must be in favour of Victims and Not of criminals.

Just tell the truth and be yourself. Everything else will take care of itself.
